1/ Use a soft-bristled toothbrush to avoid damaging your gums.
2/ Activate the pump on your bottle and hey presto! Just the right amount of toothpaste on your toothbrush.
3/ Brush your teeth for at least two minutes, paying equal attention to all the surfaces of your teeth (front, back and chewing surfaces) as well as your tongue and the inside of your cheeks.
4/ Tilt the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums and use gentle, circular strokes rather than back-and-forth movements.

Hydroxyapatite - Hydroxyapatite is a mineral compound naturally present in tooth enamel and bone. In a toothpaste, hydroxyapatite helps remineralize teeth by promoting the formation and restoration of tooth enamel. It also plays a role in reducing tooth sensitivity by strengthening tooth structure and filling small cracks or eroded areas.In addition, it helps prevent tartar build-up by promoting a smoother tooth surface less prone to the accumulation of mineral deposits. Finally, hydroxyapatite can contribute to the brilliance of teeth by promoting a smooth, clean surface.
Xanthan Gum - Xanthan gum is a gelling and thickening agent.
Decyl Glucoside - Decyl Glucoside is a surfactant made from raw materials of plant origin, which helps toothpaste to foam up, contributing to a cleaner feel during brushing.
Sodium Monofluorophosphate - Sodium Monofluorophosphate is used for its role in preventing tooth decay. It helps strengthen tooth enamel by promoting remineralization, making teeth more resistant to acid attack by bacteria in the mouth. Our toothpaste contains 1450 ppm fluoride, the dose recommended by the World Health Organization (WHO).

Hydroxyapatite
Hydroxyapatite is a mineral species from the phosphate family responsible for our dentin and tooth enamel. It provides a gentle and natural approach to enhancing tooth whiteness while strengthening enamel. It can penetrate beneath the surface of tooth enamel, delivering calcium and phosphate ions to replace areas where minerals have dissolved. This process helps remineralize enamel, restoring its integrity and translucent appearance.
Fluoride
Fluoride is naturally present in the body, primarily in bones and teeth. It plays a crucial role in cavity prevention by strengthening the tooth enamel, making it more resistant to the acidic attacks from bacteria responsible for cavities.
