PROJECT RESCUE OCEAN
Our ambition is to develop these donations and links with other associations over the coming months. At the same time, we work all year round with the Aix Luynes penitentiary and with ESAT centres (establishments reserved for people with disabilities to help them find employment) to assemble our boxes.
UNE VOIX POUR ELLE - FORWOMEN FLEEING DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
For Mother's Day 2022, we wanted to do something to help women who were victims of domestic violence. We worked with "Une Voix Pour Elles" – a non-profit based in Grasse that helps women fleeing domestic abuse. 225 boxes containing products including one of our hand creams were given to women sheltering in refuges or temporary accommodation, to give them a little comfort.
POUR LE FIL D'ariane - for children in hospitals for long-term care
In 2021, we donated products to the "Pour le fil d’Ariane" non-profit, for their two fundraising auctions. The money raised was used to help sick children and their parents in Marseille hospitals.
LES RESTOS DU COEUR - food bank
Over 200 basic hygiene products (liquid soap, soap bars, etc.) were given to the Restos du Coeur charity, which distributes food to those in need.
WHAT ABOUT TOMORROW ?
Our ambition is to develop donations and relationships with other charities in the upcoming months.
In parallel, we also collaborate with the penitentiary center of Aix Luynes, where 55 operators produced boxes for the Compagnie de Provence in 2021, representing 1867 hours of work. This is a way for the inmates to keep a link with the business world and to obtain a salary.
