1/ Use a soft-bristled toothbrush to avoid damaging your gums.
2/ Activate the pump on your bottle and hey presto! Just the right amount of toothpaste on your toothbrush.
3/ Brush your teeth for at least two minutes, paying equal attention to all the surfaces of your teeth (front, back and chewing surfaces) as well as your tongue and the inside of your cheeks.
4/ Tilt the toothbrush at a 45-degree angle to the gums and use gentle, circular strokes rather than back-and-forth movements.

Très satisfaite de ce dentifrice. Le goût en plus n'est pas du tout agressif et surtout ça ne dure pas longtemps et personnellement je trouve ça très bien. C'est très facile à utiliser car en effet 1 pression suffit pour laver correctement les dents. J'ai même pris 2 recharges.
