If there seems to be a problem with your parcel or if there has been no movement on the tracking number for several days, please get in touch with our customer services at web@compagniedeprovence.com. We will then open an inquiry with the postal services in order to obtain more information (the inquiry may take up to 30 working days). If necessary, we will send your order again.
